Woodland climbing park in Faistenau

Forest climbing trail and more...

... enriches the Fuschlsee region with a great excursion destination. There is also a family-friendly excursion highlight to discover in Faistenau. The forest climbing trail stretches on a light forest area near the centre of Faistenau and is a great enrichment of the tourist offer of the Fuschlsee holiday region. The course with 70 partly easy, partly challenging stations made of lots of wood and ropes leads at a low height over about 70 trees. Therefore, it is not only very suitable for adolescents and adults, but also for children. People with hearing or vision impairments or with slight mobility impairments can also conquer the forest climbing trail with supportive accompaniment. Through imaginative challenges, coordination, mobility, balance, concentration and much more are trained in a playful way.

The atmosphere of the healthy mixed forest does the rest, so overcoming material and spiritual obstacles in the forest climbing path becomes a varied and stimulating experience. The leaf-protected location offers additional advantages, so the course is pleasant to master even on hot summer days or during the famous Salzburg Schnürlregen. Groups and school classes are also welcome on the forest climbing trail.

There are plenty of parking spaces at the USC Faistenau sports home, from where a stroller-friendly path along the forest puts the whole family in the mood for the upcoming exercise action. Small refreshments in between or at the end of the adventure offer refreshment and the opportunity to exchange ideas about what they have experienced and to end it in a cozy setting."
